DESCRIPTION
Located in a stylish building in avenue Hoche, this recently renovated studio is an elegant pied-à-terre in a very chic area of Paris. Located on a quiet courtyard on the 6th floor with an elevator, it is the perfect bright and peaceful place to rest after a busy day visiting the museums and monuments of Paris.
The spacious entrance, which has a desk and built-in wardrobes, gives access to the bathroom and the living room.
The living room lit by a large window has a sofa that converts into a very comfortable double bed (160cm wide), a table with two chairs, two lamps, a side table and built-in cupboards.
A long bar with two stools separates the living room from the open kitchen which also has a window. This modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave, 2 vitro-ceramic hotplates, a refrigerator with small freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. For entertainment and communication there is a flat screen (LCD) cable TV with international channels, a high-speed Internet connection with WIFI and a telephone (limited to local calls).
The modern bathroom/toilet has a spacious shower, a double washbasin, a heated towel rail, a washing machine and a toilet.
There is an iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The studio is located on avenue Hoche, halfway between the Arc de Triomphe and Parc Monceau.
It is only 5 minutes walk to the Champs Elysées, a lively place to stroll late into the night where there are numerous luxury shops, restaurants and theatres. Otherwise you can enjoy the peace and quiet of Parc Monceau with its beautiful ornamental lake.
There are also numerous museums nearby, including : Musée Guimet (Asian art), Palais de Tokyo (modern and contemporary), Musée d’art moderne de la ville de Paris, Musée Marmottan (Monet), le Petit Palais (nineteenth-century art) andPalais de la Découverte (science).
Art lovers can visit the art galleries of avenue Matignon, while fashion victims will be drawn to the luxury boutiques in avenue Montaigne.
